Red Velvet Waffles are an easy weeknight dinner or weekend Brunch! A Southern classic any way you mix it.
Simply adjust the recipe on the back of the Hamilton Cornerstore Red Velvet Cake Mix bag to 1 cup vegetable oil ( instead of 1.5 cups) and ADD an extra 1 cup of All Purpose Flour.
Mix everything else according to package instructions.
Cook in your favorite waffle maker and top with fresh fruit and powdered sugar, A little Maple syrup if you like.
